I'm trying to remove page numbers at the top right of my 'script. I loaded this manuscript from an older MAc and the new Pages program won't let me remove the numbers. I'm formatting for Kindle and the numbers have to go. The page number feature began with Kindle Software Update Version 3.1. Unfortunately, the Kindle DX is not capable of running Kindle Software Update Version 3.1 and so cannot show real page numbers.
